Hey, my name is Abigail Young. I am from Metairie, Louisiana where I attended Archbishop Chapelle High School. While I was enrolled there I was a member of the yearbook staff where I served as Editor-in-Chief as well as being involved in many other organizations around campus. Being the Editor-in-Chief introduced me to my high school's Public Relations coordinator. After working with her on a few projects she gave me a wonderful opportunity, an internship. This internship gave me an insite into the everyday life of someone working in the Public Relations, and ever since then I knew that it was what I wanted to do with my life. After the internship, I applied at Louisiana State University and was accepted, then I declared a major in Mass Communications with a focus in Public Relations.
